Workshops

Learn the basics - setting intentions and integration

This workshop invites participants to become active creators rather than passive bypassers. They explore the difference between narrow goals and open intentions, and deepen their understanding of how strong and meaningful intentions are formed.

In the second part of the workshop, the focus shifts to integration — a series of structured steps that support participants in making sense of their experiences and transferring insights into their daily lives.

Respectful communication of our feelings and needs (assertivness)

This workshop explores the differences between aggressive, passive aggressive, passive, and assertive communication styles. Participants gain a clearer understanding of why individuals have different capacities to express their needs and feelings, and how they can improve their ability to share their truth respectfully.

The session also offers practical insights on how to communicate effectively with different types of people, give constructive criticism, and receive praise with openness and confidence.

Facing the body - a mirror of truth

Connecting and sharing ourselves with others can often be more therapeutic than many structured or “designed” healing approaches. When personal vulnerability meets the acceptance of a supportive group, it creates a powerful space with the potential for deep transformation. Participants are invited to step into a new context of openness and gentle confrontation, where authentic expression becomes part of the healing process.

The workshop takes place in a safe and confidential small mixed group. It begins with a guided visualization that helps participants connect with and observe how they experience their own body. From there, the process gradually opens into group sharing, where participants are invited to explore and express personal insecurities within a respectful and supportive environment.

Through this process of revealing, listening, and being seen, the group becomes a container for reflection and acceptance. Participants can explore what arises when vulnerability is shared in community, discovering how openness and collective presence can support deeper understanding, connection, and personal growth.
