About the coach
Manca Langus comes from the Celje area. For many years she has been developing her passion for movement, which she has been exploring through different genres of dance and yoga. She is a professional dancer and trainer and teaches jazz ballet, pole dancing and yoga.
In recent years, she has enjoyed exploring spirituality through which she perceives energies that go beyond the experience of the physical. She is a great lover of authentic people, free expression and nature.
She loves to free people from outdated patterns of thinking, moving and experiencing the world and their bodies.
Manca will be leading a yoga flow and a free expression through the body workshop every day.
Ecstatic dance is an inner-outer journey, an authentic moving meditation where presence and ecstasy can be experienced. It creates a direct body-mind-spirit connection, allowing our body and inner guide to be our own teachers.
It’s about being fully present, transparent and real with oneself and others, discovering our own true dance, using this movement and energetic experience to release stuck patterns in our bodies, emotions and mind and being able to move beyond separation and experience true union.

Žan Perko is an interdisciplinary artist based in Portugal. He completed his Master’s degree in impulse, voice, and authentic movement at the academy for Theatre, Radio, and Television in Slovenia. His works as performer, movement teacher, musician, bodyworker, and integrative therapist.
He has delved into the research of contact improvisation, teaching and sharing his passion for this movement practice internationally. In the last two years, he has expanded his focus to include working in the water, conducting water dance workshops, and offering water therapy sessions.”

QiGong
QiGong refers to the practices of qigong (energy cultivation) that are part of the tradition of Shaolin martial arts. Qigong is a comprehensive system of exercises, breath control, and meditation aimed at cultivating and balancing the body’s energy known as Qi (pronounced “chee”).
Qigong encompasses a wide range of exercises and techniques that promote physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual development. Here are some key aspects of qigong:
- Movements and forms: Qigong involves various gentle and flowing movements performed with focused intent and coordinated breathing. These movements help stretch and strengthen the body, improve flexibility, enhance circulation, and promote overall vitality.
- Breath control: Breathing is an essential component of qigong practice. Qigong emphasizes deep, slow, and coordinated breathing techniques that help calm the mind, regulate respiration, and cultivate Qi throughout the body.
- Cultivation of internal energy: Qigong is aimed at cultivating and refining the body’s Qi energy, which is considered life energy. Through conscious movement, breathing techniques, and meditation, practitioners learn to use and direct Qi to enhance physical performance, mental focus, and overall well-being.
