Program
Intuitive Painting
Participants will explore their inner selves through colors and shapes, creating a unique painting that reflects their current mood or thoughts. We will paint with acrylics on canvases that participants can take home, while incorporating natural elements such as small branches, leaves, or other materials collected from the surroundings. This workshop is designed for relaxation and self-expression through art, and no prior experience is necessary.
Co-created painting
On a 50-meter-long paper, we will create a collaborative artwork where each participant can leave their mark. Colors, shapes, symbols, or abstract expressions – everything will contribute to a one-of-a-kind piece that reflects the energy of the community. To add a sustainable touch, we will use materials like leaves, flowers, or twhigs gathered from nature to enhance the artwork. The final piece will symbolize the creative flow and will decorate the festival.
Adna Lainšček (SI)
Adna’s artistic journey began in childhood, where her difference and dreamy artistic soul were already evident. Over time, her passion for creating has deepened and shaped her unique artistic vision. Over the last decade, her works reflect different periods of her life, capturing moments that have shaped her and given her new inspiration to create. Her work combines different artistic genres and each of her creations, whether it is a canvas, a garment, a piece of furniture or a mural, is a unique “story in a picture” that comes from her imagination and curiosity.
Her visibility has been enhanced by paintings of mysterious women with red-stained lips and covered eyes, which have become her artistic trademark.
For the past four years, she has been inspiring others with her passion for art through painting workshops for all generations. In these workshops, she helps participants to discover and develop their creativity, not only by learning techniques, but also by gaining a deeper understanding of art as a way of expressing and exploring oneself. Through creative processes, she opens the door to the world of imagination and encourages participants to express their deepest feelings and thoughts through artistic creation. As a certified Art Life Coach, she not only shares advice but also helps individuals to recognise art as a tool for personal growth and transformation. Her mission is to guide people through their personal creative journeys, encouraging them to overcome inner obstacles and discover their unique artistic voice.
Adna believes that art does not belong only to professionals, but is accessible to anyone who wants to express their thoughts, feelings and dreams. Her workshops offer a safe space where everyone can express their uniqueness, connect with their inner creativity and discover that art is so much more than a brush stroke – it is a path to self-discovery.
Contact with Flow
Moving around and learning about our environment is the primary tool through which our brain grows and develops. Movement is the authentic integration of the self in terms of the physical, cognitive, emotional and spiritual. So when we change simple movement patterns, we are changing more than just the physical, something much deeper. When we change the way we move, we also change the way we live. The movement research practice Own Flow is rooted in this concept. It is a practice that takes into account and integrates the psychological and physical context into a whole, a living body. It is therefore an open space dedicated to the exploration of movement patterns. When we challenge our own movement boundaries, we learn, above all, new ways of connecting with ourselves, others and the environment in which we live. The aim is to identify, consolidate and explore, thereby relieving the body of unnecessary stress, pain and other inefficient movement patterns. Through the practice of own flow, we help ourselves to bring greater stability and stronger regulation into our lives, which in the long term brings greater efficiency of movement.
The main goal of the practice is to strengthen your immune system, embody safety, increase your movement efficiency and explore contact through the simplicity of your movement.
Contact Improvisation
Contact Improvisation is a dynamic movement practice that explores touch, balance, and shared weight to develop deeper communication through the body. Rooted in presence and responsiveness, it encourages us to listen, adapt, and co-create movement in real time. By engaging in continuous exploration of physical connection, we refine our ability to trust, regulate tension, and move with efficiency and ease. This practice fosters a sense of play, openness, and embodied awareness, allowing us to discover new pathways of movement while deepening our relationships with ourselves, others, and the space around us.
Anže Spreizer (SI)
Anže’s passion for fitness and health started by early experiences overcoming a hip joint mobility issue, teaching him the power of movement and motivation in healing the body. During his teenage years, he gained valuable knowledge in conditioning, strength, and coordination through rugby, where he played for the Slovenian national team. His dedication to sport and health led him to enroll at the Faculty of Sport, where he specialized in fitness and injury prevention. He completed his undergraduate studies with a research diploma on the effects of kinesiological taping on proprioception.
In 2013, Anže expanded his knowledge in New Zealand, working as a fitness trainer at a major fitness center in Auckland, where he guided clients in both training and nutrition, including preparation for bodybuilding competitions. Upon returning to Slovenia, he completed his Master’s degree in 2017 with a thesis on physical activity in prisoners.
Anže has since shifted his training approach from bodybuilding to bodyweight-focused methods, incorporating gymnastics, yoga, and calisthenics, while focusing on mobility, correct posture, and overall body strength. He is constantly seeking the ideal balance of exercises for optimal development and believes that movement is not just a profession but a lifelong passion.
QiGong
QiGong refers to the practices of qigong (energy cultivation) that are part of the tradition of Shaolin martial arts. Qigong is a comprehensive system of exercises, breath control, and meditation aimed at cultivating and balancing the body’s energy known as Qi (pronounced “chee”).
Qigong encompasses a wide range of exercises and techniques that promote physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual development. Here are some key aspects of qigong:
- Movements and forms: Qigong involves various gentle and flowing movements performed with focused intent and coordinated breathing. These movements help stretch and strengthen the body, improve flexibility, enhance circulation, and promote overall vitality.
- Breath control: Breathing is an essential component of qigong practice. Qigong emphasizes deep, slow, and coordinated breathing techniques that help calm the mind, regulate respiration, and cultivate Qi throughout the body.
- Cultivation of internal energy: Qigong is aimed at cultivating and refining the body’s Qi energy, which is considered life energy. Through conscious movement, breathing techniques, and meditation, practitioners learn to use and direct Qi to enhance physical performance, mental focus, and overall well-being.
Chan meditation
Meditation and mindfulness: Qigong involves meditation and mindfulness practices to develop greater awareness, concentration and inner peace. These practices help to calm the mind, reduce stress and develop a deep sense of presence.
Kung Fu
The Kung Fu workshop provides hands-on training in the traditional Shaolin martial arts. Participants will learn a comprehensive system of movements, emphasizing strength, flexibility, and vitality. The workshop covers essential elements such as practical techniques, forms, and self-defense strategies. It incorporates breath control techniques for focus and coordination, contributing to physical fitness and mental clarity. Through guided practice, participants will gain practical skills and insights into the principles of Kung Fu, fostering both physical and mental well-being.

Setting boundaries
The workshop “Setting Personal Boundaries” is for those who want to improve their ability to set and maintain personal boundaries in different situations in their lives. We often face challenges when we need to say “no”, to set clear boundaries in our relationships or at work, but are hindered by feelings of guilt, fear of rejection or self-doubt.
In this workshop, we will learn why it is so difficult for us to set boundaries and how beliefs from the past influence our behaviour. We will learn how to express our needs in a healthy way without sabotaging our relationships or freezing under pressure. Through practical exercises and concrete examples, we will learn an effective approach to setting personal boundaries that will help us communicate our boundaries in our personal and professional lives.

Somatic IFS: From Inner Critic to Inner Guru
Everyone has an inner voice that at times holds them back—the voice that whispers (or shouts) self-doubt, comparison, or unworthiness. But what if this voice were not the enemy? What if, instead of silencing it, it could be transformed into a powerful teacher?
In this immersive Somatic IFS (Internal Family Systems) session, participants will journey deep within to meet, understand, and potentially transform their relationship with the Inner Critic. Through guided meditation, movement, and deep interpersonal connection, they will:
- Identify the Inner Critic’s voice—acknowledging its fears, intentions, and hidden wisdom.
- Experience somatic release—shaking off tension and inviting qualities of Self, such as Calm, Confidence, and Courage.
- Connect with others in a powerful exercise—witnessing and being witnessed in shared humanity.
- Dive into a guided IFS meditation—engaging in dialogue with the Inner Critic and exploring the possibility of transformation.
- Anchor new qualities through movement and ritual—embodying the shift and releasing limiting beliefs.
This session is a journey of Self-Leadership, offering an opportunity to move beyond inner limitations and awaken the Inner Guru—the essence that leads with wisdom, clarity, and compassion.
Participants are invited to step into their power and embrace this transformative experience.
Womens circle:
This gathering is an invitation for women to come together in a circle of sisterhood—a space of trust, full presence, and deep connection. It is a space where each participant is welcomed as they are, bringing their stories, fears, and desires to be held and supported with open hearts.
Through guided reflection, embodied practices, and open-hearted conversations, participants will explore:
- The wisdom of the heart—learning to listen, trust, and lead from within.
- The strength in softness—embracing self-compassion and emotional fluidity as true superpowers.
- The beauty of feminine nature—honoring the cycles, waves, and depths that shape each individual.
This Women’s Circle serves as a sacred container, co-created by all who join. It is a space for exploration, sharing, and empowerment, allowing each participant to stand fully in her power—a power that rises from the depths of the heart.
As the world seeks not just success, but also peacemakers, healers, restorers, storytellers, and lovers of all kinds, this gathering offers an opportunity for women to nourish their hearts, find their community, and embrace their radiant, feminine essence. It is an invitation to trust in the unshaken inner wisdom that guides the way.
MIxed circle – Kasia Kayara and Pierre Garcia
Participants in this workshop are invited to embark on a journey of growth, connection, and understanding. Many have experienced the power of women’s circles or men’s circles, exploring their depths, reclaiming lost parts of themselves, and engaging in inner work. Now, it is time to come together as one.
This gathering offers a space where the feminine witnesses the masculine, and the masculine witnesses the feminine—not through the lens of societal conditioning or past wounds, but in the rawness of authenticity and deep recognition of one another.
Through guided practices, participants will:
- Hold space for one another, seeing beyond labels and personal narratives.
- Meet in truth and authenticity rather than separation.
- Explore their inner depths, allowing understanding and healing to emerge.
This session is an opportunity to bridge divides, move beyond old narratives, and engage with one another in a space of openness, presence, and genuine connection. Through this shared experience, new ways of relating—rooted in respect, trust, and truth—can emerge.
The workshop is facilitated by Kasia Kayara and Pierre Garcia, both experienced in holding space—Kasia in women’s circles and Pierre in men’s circles. Together, they guide participants through this shared journey of connection, exploration, and union.

Masculine alchemy – Mens work
In a world that often pressures men to armor up, perform, and suppress their true selves, real strength lies elsewhere— in authenticity, presence, and the courage to be seen.
Pierre, a Men’s Work Facilitator and founder of @lhommeillimite, is hosting two introductory workshops designed to invite men to drop the masks, step into real connection, and rediscover the power of vulnerability. Through guided conversations, shared reflections, and simple yet profound exercises, these workshops will create a space where men can experience what it truly means to be met without judgment—a space where every part of them is welcome.
Participants will have the opportunity to break free from societal expectations, express themselves without filters, and witness the depth of other men doing the same. They will leave with a renewed sense of clarity, connection, and brotherhood—proof that they are not alone, that their emotions are valid, and that real power comes from embracing their truth.
This is more than just a conversation; it is a men’s embodiment training—one that has the potential to shift the way they see themselves and others.

Pierre Garcia (FR)
Pierre spent years seeking external validation, hiding behind a mask instead of fully embracing his true self. Childhood feelings of loneliness and unworthiness shaped his journey, leading him to believe that approval from others would bring him legitimacy. However, breaking free from these illusions revealed a powerful truth: vulnerability is a strength—one that liberates, connects, and heals. Learning to love himself unconditionally transformed his life.
For over 13 years, Pierre has guided more than a thousand men across nine countries, helping them reconnect with their power and move forward with clarity and courage. As a facilitator and European co-leader of Sacred Sons, he leads immersive retreats and transformational circles, witnessing men overcome fears, transform relationships, and embrace bold new paths.
He shares his mission with over 5,000 followers on @lhommeillimite, exploring masculinity and male-female dynamics. He also created a private Facebook group for men seeking support and growth. For those ready for deep transformation, his immersive coaching program, “The Odyssey of the Unlimited Man,” provides a path to authentic self-leadership.
Kundalini Yoga
This workshop invites participants to step out of daily roles and reconnect with their inner child through play, laughter, and movement. In life, we often become so absorbed in our fears, emotions, and responsibilities that we forget the joy of simply being. Like actors deeply immersed in a role, we may start to identify too much with the characters we play.
Kundalini yoga helps shift this perspective by moving energy, encouraging spontaneity, and bringing humor into the practice. This workshop creates a space for relaxation, self-expression, and letting go of fear, shame, and inhibitions. By embracing both play and discipline, participants rediscover the joy of being themselves, making self-care and sharing their unique gifts feel natural and fulfilling.
Cacao singing circle – in co-creation with Arijana Aska and Carlos Merchan
Sound is the essence of all creation. When we sing and dance, we open space for life energy to flow, reconnect with our purpose, and cultivate healing vibrations within and around us. Like sacred smoke, song carries our prayers from the heart.
This experience is more than a traditional kirtan. Through healing affirmations in Croatian and English, Kundalini and Hindu mantras, icaros, and sacred songs, we connect with nature—our greatest teacher—and embrace her gentle power. Singing together fosters harmony, belonging, and deep joy, leaving us in an ecstatic state. The singing circle will be led by Ish Van and Arijana Aska.
This special event includes a cacao ceremony led by Carlos Merchant, who will share the wisdom he learned while living with Colombian tribes. Through music, shared reflections on affirmations and mantras, and integration of ancient knowledge into daily life, we momentarily let go of worries and simply celebrate in the uplifting energy of our singing tribe.

Relaxing into connection: The Art of Leading & Following
Leading and following are at the heart of partner dancing, but they also show up in how we connect with others in everyday life. This workshop is all about exploring these roles through movement—how they work together, how they balance each other, and how they can blend into a natural flow. No prior dance experience needed.
What We’ll Do:
- Find your center – Simple exercises to improve balance and body awareness
- Mirror & connect – Fun partner work to tune into another person’s movement
- Lead & follow – Playful challenges and movement games that explore both roles
- Bring it to life – Basic dance rhythms (optional) for those who want to try it in partner dancing
We’ll also take time to reflect:
- Do I feel more comfortable leading or following?
- Is it easy for me to trust and let go, or do I prefer to stay in control?
- What does real connection feel like for me?
“Learning to lead and follow has changed the way I connect with people—it’s made interactions feel more natural, intuitive, and fun. I’ve often wished more people could experience this, and hopefully, this workshop will offer a space for everyone to get a taste of that incredible feeling—both on and off the dance floor. 🙂” – moychka

In this group workshop we will weave a story with our voices, connect with our bodies and hearts and enjoy spontaneous harmonizing together. We will feel the original power of our expression and learn to channel it into space. Zala likes to say that the way we sing is the way we live. May the songs of our lives be full of honesty, humanity and Truth.
Žiga Mlakar Agrež Javornik is a sound therapist, reiki therapist and co-founder and a teacher at the Sound Academy in Slovenia. He also regularly performs group sound therapies / sound tunings. He is a passionate explorer of many tools for harmonizing body, mind and spirit. The sounds of crystal bowls, shamanic drums, rattles, guitar, shruti, flutes, vocals and other healing instruments will take us to calm, relax and attune our body to (self)healing frequencies. All instruments will be tuned to 432 Hz.
Intuitive singing – Zala Mlakar Agrež Javornik
In the group workshop intuitive singing we will get in touch with our original expression and free our voice.
The voice is the bridge between silence and truth, between emptiness and expression, between mind and heart. It is a tool that connects us to our immediate environment and weaves us into relationships.
In this workshop, we will focus on getting in touch with our bodies, breathing and using our voice through various exercises and techniques. We will anchor ourselves in the moment and draw inspiration from it for our authenticity and presence. Through intuitive chanting, we will let go of control and surrender to our truth.
You don’t need any prior knowledge for this workshop, just an open heart and a curiosity to explore.
Sound Therapy – Žiga and Zala
A sound bath is a deep surrender to the healing sounds and vibrations produced by holistic instruments from around the world. It is an ancient technique that has been used for thousands of years before us. Ancient civilisations knew that vibration and sound have an important influence on bringing balance to the body.
When we use sound to change old atomic and cellular structures, we create new ones that are more supportive and in tune with us and our path.
In an age of thousands of information we receive from the environment through our senses into our intimacy, the choice of external stimuli is very important for our daily well-being. In the sound bath, we will use crystal bowls tuned to 432 Hz, a shamanic drum and voice and other holistic instruments to co-create a safe space where our bodies enter into total relaxation, attunement and a process of self-healing.
Intuitive music co-creation – Žiga Mlakar Agrež Javornik
In this workshop we will connect and express ourselves through sound. You will be invited to co-create with the help of many instruments and vocals. You don’t need any prior knowledge for this workshop. You can also attend the workshop just to listen and hold safe space for others.

His goal is to support holistic personal and collective growth and to build a community that fosters awareness and creates synergy—a vision he brings to life at Flows Festival and beyond.
Cacao Dance – The language of the soul that goes beyond
On the cacao dance-melodic journey, we will combine the supportive powers of the traditional worlds of South America and esoteric progressive dimensions. We believe there are no limits to the dance-music journey, so we have decided to go for a slightly different experience.
The cacao Ceremony will be supported by ecstatic dance led by Mojca Marinšek, a hybrid DJ set of carefully selected organic, melodic and progressive music by JUHA. The Cacao Ceremony will be led by Manuel Wedra.
Together we will feel the supportive power of Cacao. After a guided meditation with the support of our facilitators the Spirit of Cacao will guide us in opening our hearts, creating space for all our emotions, connecting with our intuition, letting go what don’t serves us anymore. We will consciously connect with our bodies and the transformative power of the heart. We will then begin with a guided and then free expressive dance (ecstatic dance) that will connect us to our intuition and bring us into the flow of energy, music and movement.
