Workshop
Brain Gym - Connecting people through move and play
This workshop invites participants to have fun, get moving, activate the brain, connect with others, and be fully present through a playful exploration of the body.
Throughout human history, people have connected through sport and play. Especially in childhood, play has been a natural gateway into presence and flow. This workshop draws on that spirit to awaken the inner child and reconnect participants with movement, joy, and shared experience.
In the first part of the session, participants are introduced to the field being explored. Through practical exercises, they activate both hemispheres of the brain and warm up the body with hand-eye coordination tasks using different types of balls, working in pairs or small groups.
After synchronizing the left and right sides of the body, the workshop moves into playful sports games inspired by childhood activities. The aim is not only competition, but energy, connection, and flow.
While winners of the games may receive small rewards, the deeper intention is shared experience, laughter, and presence.
Participants are invited to join the Flows playground and rediscover the joy of play.
