Workshops
Listening to the Gut – Food, Mood & Inner Balance
This session explores the role of gut health in overall wellbeing, energy levels, mood, and resilience. Rather than offering dietary rules, the workshop invites participants to understand food as information and to explore how individual bodies respond differently to what they eat. Through clear explanations of the gut–brain connection and the interaction between digestion, the nervous system, and emotional state, participants gain a deeper understanding of how food choices can support balance or contribute to fatigue and dysregulation. The session includes a guided body-awareness practice that supports participants in sensing internal signals and developing a more intuitive and respectful relationship with food and digestion.
Burnout & Sleep – From Exhaustion to Rest
This session addresses one of the most common challenges of modern life: chronic exhaustion combined with poor or disrupted sleep. It helps participants understand that burnout is not a lack of motivation or discipline, but a state of nervous system overload that makes true rest difficult.
The workshop explores the connection between stress, cortisol rhythms, digestion, and sleep quality, supporting participants in recognizing why being tired does not automatically lead to deep rest. Rather than offering quick “sleep hacks,” the session focuses on creating internal conditions that allow the body to naturally downshift and recover.
A guided calming practice is included to support nervous system regulation.
