Workshops

Somatic Processing of Sensations Through Direct Body Experience

How do sensations arise and move through the body?
How can they be met directly, without analysing or trying to fix them?

This 90-minute workshop introduces direct somatic experience as a practical way of relating to physical and emotional sensations. The focus is not on resolving everything, but on learning how to stay present with sensation and allow the body’s natural regulatory process to unfold.

Through slow movement and conscious breathing, participants explore how sensations shift when they are met with attention rather than avoidance.

In this session, participants work with:

– basic somatic awareness and sensing from within,
– noticing and differentiating sensations (pressure, tension, warmth, movement),
– gentle movement to support softening and regulation,
– breath as a tool for safety and pacing,
– learning how to stay with sensation without becoming overwhelmed.

The workshop is suitable for anyone who wishes to deepen body awareness and develop a more grounded relationship with sensation.

Developing Physical and Emotional Stability Through Somatic Practice

Embodied maturity is approached not as control or performance, but as something that develops through regulation, presence, and conscious choice.

This workshop explores how somatic movement and breath support physical and emotional stability. Instead of analysing behaviour, participants experience how the body organizes itself when given time, attention, and appropriate support.

Through slow movement and breath, the session focuses on nervous system regulation, recognizing habitual reactions, and creating space for more coherent responses. It is designed for those who wish to cultivate greater groundedness and reliability in how they meet everyday challenges.
