Workshops
Singing Circle + Cacao
This singing circle combines a cacao ritual with a guided singing circle experience. After sharing ceremonial cacao, participants are welcomed into a safe and non-judgmental space where voice, breath, and presence become tools for connection.
Through gentle body warm-ups, breathwork, and guided vocal exercises, participants explore humming, harmonies, improvisation, and simple group singing. The focus is not on performance, but on authentic expression, listening, and shared resonance.
Supported by live guitar and intuitive guidance, the group gradually opens into collective sound creation and heart-opening songs with simple or no lyrics. The session closes with a moment of reflection, allowing participants to integrate the experience and share what they are taking with them.
The structure remains flexible and responsive to the energy of the group.
Womens Circle
This workshop offers a gentle and welcoming space for all women, regardless of how connected or disconnected they feel to their femininity. In this circle, participants are invited to slow down and return to the body through soft embodiment practices, self massage, simple songs shared together, and heartfelt conversations.
Through stories of feminine archetypes and reflections on the natural phases and cycles of a woman’s life, the circle explores the many ways womanhood can be expressed. It is a space for connection, rest, voice, and remembering, where each woman is welcome to arrive just as she is.
