Workshops
Unconscious movement patterns - H.U.M.A.N.
This workshop invites participants to uncover unconscious movement patterns through a somatic approach. Using breath, walking, falling, and everyday actions like picking up objects, we explore how the body naturally organizes itself beneath conscious control. Through playful tasks and guided awareness, participants will develop deeper sensitivity to sensation, coordination, and the subtle habits that shape how they move and respond to the world.
Connected whole body movement - L.I.N.E.S.
This workshop focuses on creating a more integrated and responsive body by exploring how movement travels through fascial lines — the connective pathways that link joints, muscles, and tissues into a unified system. Participants will experience full-body exercises designed to improve coordination, mobility, and internal connection, while learning about joint architecture and its role in efficient movement. Sensations will be explored as meaningful feedback, helping participants understand how the body communicates balance, tension, and ease through these interconnected lines.
Contact Improvisation - I.M.P.R.O.
This beginner-friendly workshop introduces the foundations of contact improvisation through gradual, playful exploration of movement with others. Participants will learn to share weight, listen through touch, and respond to shifting balance and momentum in a safe and supportive environment. The focus is on developing non-verbal communication, trust, and presence — allowing movement to become a shared language of connection, creativity, and embodied awareness.
