Anton Rudan
Croatia 🇭🇷
Anton Rudan is a men’s circle facilitator, wilderness survival expert, and phyto-aromatherapist, as well as the founder of the Brotherwood initiative. His work is focused on creating spaces where men, through experience, challenge, and community, develop authenticity, responsibility, and inner stability.
His approach is rooted in years of working in nature, where he guides participants through experiential processes that include wilderness survival skills, body-based practices, group dynamics, and facing personal limits. Through this work, men cultivate strength, presence, and the ability to make clear decisions in everyday life.
As a phyto-aromatherapist, he integrates knowledge of wild plants and natural processes into his work, helping people reconnect with nature on a deeper level. He is also the host of the TV show “Lovac na bilje” on Croatian national television (HRT), where he shares knowledge about wild plants and natural living with a wider audience.
Through projects such as the Brotherwood program, Magma Festival, and Sedra Gathering, Anton creates authentic spaces that go beyond conventional events, becoming places of connection, transformation, and real human experience.

Foraging Forest Therapy
Forest Therapy is an experience led by Anton Rudan, a wild herb hunter, designed to help participants find calm, connection, and inner balance through nature. During guided walks in the forest, participants learn to engage all their senses – sight, hearing, touch, smell, and even taste – to fully open to the forest experience. Every plant, leaf, and breath of the forest becomes a guide toward relaxation and healing.
Participants observe changes in light and sound, feel the texture of tree bark, and inhale the scent of the earth, while meditative breathing exercises help quiet the mind and restore energy to the body. Anton shares his knowledge of wild plants, showing how they can become allies in daily life, stress reduction, and vitality enhancement.
Forest Therapy requires no prior experience in nature – presence and mindful awareness are what matter. Participants learn to connect body, mind, and emotions, experiencing a deeper bond with themselves and the natural world. Regular practice of these walks restores energy, builds emotional resilience, and provides clarity and calm.
This experience offers a transformative encounter with nature, where the forest becomes both healer and teacher. Participants leave feeling renewed, present, and inspired to integrate the wisdom of the forest into everyday life.
