Adna Lainšček

Slovenia  🇸🇮

Adna Lainšček is an artist, facilitator, and guide of personal and spiritual transformation.
Her work weaves together art therapy, conscious creation, connection with nature, and intuitive guidance, allowing art to become a bridge between the inner world and outer expression. Through painting, symbolism, ritual, and forest therapy, Adna creates a safe and nurturing space where individuals can meet their truth, emotions, and inner child. Her work is deeply rooted in embodied experience, a relationship with nature, and the awakening of life force energy. Adna believes that art is not about perfection, but about truth and that true transformation happens when we allow ourselves to be honest, gentle, and fully present.

Workshops

Frim the mind into the body - where art happens on its own

Intuitive Painting is an experiential workshop that invites participants to move from the mind into the body, from expectations into feeling, where art can unfold naturally. It is not about technique or talent, but about presence, intuition, and honest expression. Through guided creative flow, painting becomes a form of meditation, allowing emotions, inner images, and life force energy to emerge freely. No previous experience is required.

Let the forrest slow you down and paint what you feel

Forest Painting Therapy is a nature-based art experience that invites participants to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and express what they feel through color and movement. Guided by the presence of the forest, painting becomes a gentle therapeutic process rather than a performance. No artistic skills are required only openness to listen, feel, and create in connection with nature.

Where individual expression becomes collective art

Collective Art is a shared creative experience where individual expression meets group flow. Moving, painting, and creating side by side on a long sheet of canvas, participants explore connection beyond words. The canvas becomes a living space for color, rhythm, and presence, allowing creativity to unfold collectively. No previous experience is required only openness to co-create, listen, and be part of the flow.
