Good to know
A few answers before your island days begin.
Festival essentials
When and where is Flows?
Flows takes place from 16 to 20 June 2027 at Zelena Punta in Kukljica, on Ugljan Island, Croatia. Think pine shade, open air and days by the Adriatic.
What can I expect beyond the music?
Days leave room for workshops, swimming, creative activities and time to simply be on the island. Explore something new, meet people at your own pace or find a quiet moment by the sea.
Is there a minimum age?
Flows is an 18 and over festival. Children are not admitted, with one exception: parents with babies are welcome.
Are there shops and everyday essentials nearby?
Kukljica is close to the festival, with shops and everyday essentials nearby. For directions or help finding something specific, ask our staff or visit the Infopoint.
Tickets & entry
What does my festival ticket include?
Your festival ticket gives you access to the grounds throughout the festival, all parties except boat parties, and all workshops except a small number with an additional charge.
Boat parties require a separate ticket. Any workshop with an extra fee will be clearly identified before booking.
Can I buy a ticket without accommodation?
Absolutely. You can buy festival entry on its own and arrange accommodation wherever suits you. Staying at Zelena Punta is an option, not a requirement.
Will there be day tickets?
Yes. Day tickets will be available closer to the festival and on the day, so you can join us even if you cannot stay for the full festival.
Is there a discount for locals?
Yes. We offer a special discount for locals to support the community that welcomes Flows. Please contact us for details.
Can I pass my ticket on to someone else?
Yes. Guests usually arrange ticket exchanges with friends, through their social connections or in the festival WhatsApp ticket exchange group.
If you need help with your booking or the exchange process, get in touch before passing your ticket on.
When can I check in at the festival?
You can check in during the day on Wednesday, 16 June 2027. We’ll share the exact opening time before the festival.
Getting here
Which airport should I fly to?
Zadar is the closest airport. Split is another option, with an onward journey by road or bus to Zadar before crossing to Ugljan. There is no direct ferry from Split to Ugljan.
From Zadar Airport, the airport bus serves Gaženica ferry port and the city centre. See our Getting here guide to plan the journey.
How do I get to Ugljan?
From Zadar, take the car and passenger ferry from Gaženica to Preko, or the passenger boat from the old town to Preko. If you are travelling from the Split direction, the Biograd to Tkon ferry is another option, with a road connection to Ugljan across the Pašman bridge.
Check the official ferry timetable for your travel date.
Is there a transfer from the ferry port?
Please arrange your own journey from the port to Zelena Punta. Guests often share rides, and our team can help you connect with others, but there is no organised festival shuttle. Plan your onward journey before travelling.
Can I drive to the festival and park there?
Yes. You can bring your car to the island by ferry, and parking is available onsite at Zelena Punta.
Can I arrive by boat?
If you are arriving by private boat, please arrange mooring independently with the harbour or marina you plan to use. Flows does not organise mooring or boat arrivals.
Can I come to Flows on my own?
Many people arrive at Flows on their own. Between music, workshops and island days, there’s room to meet people naturally, without pressure to be social all the time.
Before the festival, our solo travellers’ WhatsApp group helps you connect, find roommates and share the journey. The group opens before the festival.
Do I need a visa to travel to Croatia?
Entry requirements depend on your nationality and circumstances. Please check the official Croatian entry and stay guidance before booking your journey.
Should I arrange travel insurance?
We recommend arranging travel insurance that suits your trip and planned activities. If you have a European Health Insurance Card, remember that it does not replace travel insurance. Check your cover with your insurer before travelling.
Your stay
Which nights does the apartment booking include?
Festival apartment bookings run from Wednesday, 16 June to Sunday, 20 June 2027. That is four nights, with arrival on Wednesday and departure on Sunday.
Can I arrive early or stay longer?
Yes. To add nights before or after the festival, arrange them directly with Zelena Punta reception. Email reception@zelenapunta.hr with your booking details and preferred dates so they can confirm availability and arrangements.
Who can help with apartment questions?
For questions about your apartment or stay, contact Zelena Punta reception at reception@zelenapunta.hr. For festival ticket questions, contact the Flows team.
Can I find someone to share an apartment with?
Our solo travellers’ WhatsApp group opens before the festival and is a place to meet other guests, find roommates and share travel plans. You are welcome to join whether you are travelling alone or looking to fill a spare place.
Do I have to stay at Zelena Punta?
No. You can stay elsewhere on Ugljan and join us at the festival. Just plan how you will get to and from the grounds.
Food & drink
What food options are available?
The buffet restaurant at Zelena Punta offers halfboard, with breakfast and an early dinner. Breakfast can also be booked separately. You’ll also find local restaurants in nearby Kukljica.
Where can I find meal prices and book food?
Meal options and prices will be shown in the festival shop when food bookings open. You can review the options there before booking.
Are different diets and allergies accommodated?
We work with the kitchen chef to prepare meals for our guests, including vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian options, and to accommodate allergies.
Please let us know about any allergies or specific dietary needs in advance so we can discuss them with the kitchen. Speak with the team before choosing your meal if you need to check ingredients.
Is drinking water available, and can I bring a bottle?
Water is available and the tap water is drinkable, although we recommend buying bottled water from a local shop. You are welcome to bring your own refillable bottle, and we especially encourage it during the day.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, you can pay by card at the festival.
Around the grounds
Can I bring a pet?
Pets are not officially permitted at the festival and are not allowed in the apartments. Please make other arrangements for your pet.
If you bring a pet despite this policy, you are fully responsible for any damage, incidents or other issues involving the animal. This does not grant permission to bring pets into the apartments.
Where can I get medical help or report a concern?
Medical staff are available onsite and can coordinate with emergency services when needed. If you need help or want to report a safety concern, speak to a member of staff or visit the Infopoint. They will help you reach the right person.
Music & workshops
When will the lineup and schedule be announced?
What kind of music can I expect?
Groovy, uplifting house moves into deeper melodic and progressive sounds, with organic, afro tribal and hypnotic influences. DJs, live acts, vocals and instruments all have a place in the programme.
Are workshops suitable for beginners?
Very much so. Most workshops are introductory or open to all experience levels, giving you space to try something new. You do not need to arrive with any previous knowledge.
Do I need to book workshops in advance?
Most workshops do not need advance booking. Some, such as cacao ceremonies, do require a reservation. We’ll announce these ahead of time, together with booking details and any additional charge.
